Grass - COLOR & Description??
Soft green light, with pale ribbons drifting across it.
Picture a bright window and a tall, narrow panel of glass in the palest spring green. Creamy white ribbons curve and cross over it like blades of grass bending in the wind, or branches overlapping in a quiet garden. The glass has a gentle opalescent glow, and the colors shift softly as the light moves through the day. It’s an airy, organic piece that adds calm and movement to a window.
Handmade by Hannah Hazel Glass, this piece measures 4" x 7" and hangs from an 8" woven antique brass chain, for a total length of roughly 15". Its upright shape fits a narrow window, a kitchen sill, or a spot between hanging plants, and the soft green looks right at home among leaves.
Good to know
- Hanging hardware is not included. A nail or screw above your window frame is best for a secure display, or an adhesive hook works if drilling isn’t an option.
- Colors shift with your light source, and textures vary from piece to piece. A crease or bubble you might take for a flaw is a characteristic of this style of glass. Irregularities are the nature and joy of stained glass.
